It is on the heights of Sergeac, a typical village of Périgord Noir located in the canton of Montignac-Lascaux, that you will discover Les Maisons de Salon nestled in a private hamlet in the heart of a 20 hectare private estate. They benefit from an ideal geographical location in the middle of the golden triangle bringing together Les Eyzies (The International Museum of Prehistory), Montignac (The Lascaux Caves) and Sarlat (The medieval city).
The Salon Cottages are part of an old farmhouse from the 19th century. These are two old buildings renovated and transformed into holiday homes.

The Les Charmes cottage is an old stable, completely restored and air-conditioned, offering a space of 130m2 full of refinement and beautiful decoration. On the exterior side, you will enjoy a heated swimming pool, facing south with a mirror effect and several terraces with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
We are amazed when entering this completely restored old stable.
The living room opens onto a large bay window which extends the living space onto an exotic wood terrace with a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and the estate.
It is the vacation spot for deer who come to graze every day.
Nature lovers will be delighted to listen to the bellowing of the deer in early autumn.
The Chestnut Tree for 5 people
The Les Marroniers cottage is the oldest house in the hamlet. It has been renovated with materials from the region and furnished with the greatest care. The air-conditioned house, 95 m2 on two levels, has its own private heated swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery.
It is the oldest building in the hamlet. In the past, it was home to a farming family.
This house has retained all its authenticity, bread oven, period fireplace, natural stone floors and attic rooms.
